This massage targets chronic tension in muscles by applying various levels of direct pressure, softening and releasing muscle knots to eliminate tension. 

To allow time for detailed work, a 90min is recommended.

This prenatal massage is similar to a regular massage with additional bolstering to make mom as comfortable as possible. We aim to relax tense muscles and ease sore spots as well as improve circulation and mobility. 

Prenatal massage is recommended in the second and third trimester.

Warmed basalt stones are used throughout the massage to effectively melt away tension, promote healthy circulation and release toxins from the body.

Pure Himalayan salt stones are used throughout the massage to enhance detoxification, reduce inflammation and relieve muscle tension. These warm stones gently exfoliate, improving tone and texture, leaving your skin feeling like honey butter. 

Salt stones contain important trace minerals, electrolytes, and elements including magnesium and zinc. 

This 60min treatment begins with a honey cleanse wrapped in warm herbal towels to prep the skin. During treatment enjoy a foot and scalp massage or opt for some deep shoulder work. We'll wrap up the treatment with a refreshing facial massage paired with our rosehip/ beeswax oil.

Tone, Tighten and Hydrate.

We begin with full body dry brushing before painting the skin with mud. While wrapped in warm linens, enjoy a soothing head and face massage. We'll reveal gorgeous skin with hot herbal towels and end with a relaxing full body massage using a custom grapefruit/ beeswax oil. 

Focus on the feet - one of the most neglected parts of the body. 

Work on the feet indeed affects the whole body. As connective tissue tangles at the feet, your entire body feels the pull. Treat yourself to 30min or even a full hour of much needed relief. 

Paired with a peppermint, beeswax cream to soothe tired feet and relieve pain and tension. 

This deeply relaxing foot treatment uses compression on the reflex points to stimulate circulation and aid the lymphatic system in flushing built up toxins. Excellent treatment to raise energy levels, decrease stress and improve nerve function.
